How to Calculate Pasteurization, Fo, Ao, CV

The exact calculation (formula) is in the help file and is also shown on the Lethality configuration window.  Pu math is IDENTICAL to other Lethality type calculations (Fo, Ao, CV) except those different constants (Tx, Z, threshold, time base) are used.   That is what the software does. We are not experts in their application, and we do not advise on what constants should be used.  There are however some typical values used (shown further down) but I make no guarantee that these numbers are exactly what the customer should be using.
